Shipping:

​Live plants ship via UPS 3 Day minimum year-round. Ground shipping is available for substrates and supplies only.​

Heat protection and insulation are included as needed based on forecasted temperatures. Orders may be placed on a temporary weather hold if temperatures are unsafe for live plant transit. We only ship when conditions are appropriate for safe delivery.​
