Due to cold temperatures nationwide, some orders may be placed on a weather hold. We only ship when daytime and nighttime temperatures are safe for live plants even with insulation and heat packs. If extended cold conditions persist and no safe shipping window becomes available within our weather hold timeframe, orders may be canceled and refunded.
