This is a high-humidity terrarium Begonia and is not suitable for typical household humidity. It should be maintained at approximately 90-100% humidity for best growth and long-term success.
 
I recommend keeping this plant in an enclosed terrarium, cloche, or other controlled high-humidity environment. Avoid allowing the plant to dry out or exposing it abruptly to low ambient humidity.
 
Please be prepared to provide the appropriate high-humidity environment before purchasing. 
 
This begonia comes rooted in moss & perlite as shown in photos. It will be shipped in an enclosed container to help maintain the high humidity it requires during transit. Upon arrival, transfer it to an appropriate high-humidity environment. 
 
Please note: Due to the extremely high humidity these begonias require, leaves many occasionally develop edema, translucent/water-soaked areas, or some leaf melting, particularly during shipping or following a change in growing conditions. This does not necessarily indicate a problem with the plant itself. Maintaining consistently high humidity and avoiding abrupt environmental changes will help minimize stress.
